Pé na Jaca is a Brazilian telenovela that was produced and aired by TV Globo from November 20, 2006 and June 15, 2007.Featured Murilo Benício, Juliana Paes, Fernanda Lima, Marcos Pasquim, Betty Lago, Fúlvio Stefanini, Alexandre Schumacher, Carla Marins, Ricardo Tozzi, Fernanda de Freitas, Daniele Suzuki, Rodrigo Lombardi, Bruno Garcia, Flávia Alessandra and Deborah Secco in the lead roles.

A topographer maps areas at risk of landslides in the city of Ubatuba, in a hillside region in the Atlantic rainforest. Obsessed with measuring and regularizing, he encounters a territory of chaotic human occupation and full of conflicts. The city’s history crosses his path, and through his theodolite, he sees images from the past.

Two people meet in a sheltered housing environment. Klára, who has no genetic disability but has grown up in an autistic family her entire life. Adam, who is just below the threshold of mental retardation, is kind, guileless, and practical, and immediately fits into the group. She is shy, dependent, and no one except Adam talks to her. A relationship develops between them that begins to cause problems for both themselves and the other clients of the halfway house.
